2. Stitching Errors & Omissions:
While we take great care to stitch garments according to the provided measurements, there may still be chances of errors and omissions. All stitched items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Order Cancellation:
You may cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it. Once processing has started, orders cannot be canceled. We will only provide a refund if the product is not available after you have placed the order.
4. Cancellation by Ethnic-Gallery.com:
Although we strive to avoid such situations, there may be certain orders that we are unable to accept and must cancel. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to refuse or cancel any order for any reason. Situations that may result in order cancellation include limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified by our credit and fraud avoidance department. We may also require additional verification or information before accepting any order. If your order is canceled after your credit card has been charged, the corresponding amount will be reversed back to your card account.

6. Color & Description Disclaimer:
The details and specifications of our products, such as weight, color, handwork details, and size, are approximate values provided with the product displays. Minor color variations may occur due to fabric dyes, weather conditions at the time of dying, differences in display output, lighting and digital photography, and color settings and capabilities of monitors.
Customers must place orders with the understanding that there may be minor variations in color between the product as seen on a computer screen and the actual color of the received outfit. Replicating the exact colors on an outfit as seen on a monitor is practically impossible. Please consider the following when ordering:
1. Red, maroon, and orange colors may reflect a different shade than other colors.
2. Green and blue shades may overlap at times, as well as off-white, white, and cream colors.
3. Sea Green color may sometimes appear as Aqua Blue, and vice versa.
4. Fabrics like raw silk, khadi silk, cotton silk, south cotton, and brocade may have a textured effect with visible weaving and threads in different directions, which are inherent characteristics and proof of authenticity. These are not defects but rather the beauty of these fabrics.
Please note that beads and sequences on garments may come off over time, even with careful handling and care. Strict physical checking during transit, as well as wearing the dress, may result in the loss of some sequences. This is a natural occurrence and cannot be avoided completely.
7. Customer Unavailability at Time of Delivery:
If the courier company has made three attempts to deliver your package and you were not available to accept or receive it, the courier company may abandon or destroy the shipment at its destination. We recommend that you contact the local courier office with your tracking number for alternate delivery instructions. Please be aware that once the courier company destroys or abandons your shipment, Ethnic Gallery will not be responsible for fulfilling the order.
